Introducing our 2026 Lady Vikings Frosh Team!  

The 2026 Lady Vikings Frosh Team marks the beginning of each athlete’s high school volleyball journey, and this year’s group brings incredible enthusiasm, potential, and heart to the program. These athletes are learning the foundations of the Lady Vikings system — teamwork, discipline, communication, and competitive spirit — while developing the skills that will carry them through their future years in the program. The Frosh season is all about growth, confidence, and discovering what it means to be part of something bigger than themselves. We are proud to introduce our 2026 Frosh squad and can’t wait to watch them learn, improve, and shine throughout the year.
