Summer Athletics Program
Summer Athletics Program
Stay sharp and get game-ready with our Girls Volleyball Summer Athletics Program, running Monday through Thursday from June 8 through July 1 . This program is open exclusively to registered VHS students and offers a great opportunity to build strength, sharpen your skills, and connect with potential teammates before the season begins.
June 8 - June 11: Varsity & JV Camp (this week is open to 10th-12th grade only)
June 15 - July 1: JV & Frosh Camp

We are excited to announce Preliminary Girls Varsity Evaluations for the 2026 season. These sessions are designed to give athletes early feedback, connect with the coaching staff, and prepare for the competitive tryout process in June.
Who Can Attend

Preliminary Evaluations are open to:
Any returning player from the 2025 JV or Varsity squads
Any current or incoming 2026 Junior or Senior female students enrolled at Valencia High School
All other interested athletes must contact Coach Dolan at kristindolan.vikingvb@gmail.com for approval before attending.

All sessions will be held in the Valencia High School Gymnasium:
May 13: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
May 20: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM (DATE CHANGE)
May 28: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Athletes are welcome to attend as many sessions as they’d like. These evaluations are a great opportunity to receive individualized feedback, sharpen skills, ask questions, and get a feel for the expectations of the Valencia High School varsity program.
We look forward to seeing our returning Vikings and meeting new athletes ready to compete for a spot on the 2026 Varsity roster.

Who should attend? All 2026 incoming freshmen, current VHS students, prior season players, and parents of all students who are interested in trying out for girls’ volleyball.

Get ready to bump, set, and spike your way to fun! Our skills clinic is back by popular demand, and we invite you to join our coaches and players for some Lady Viking drills and friendly game play!
Date: Saturday, May 16
Time:
Session 1: 1:00pm – 3:00pm, Grades 3–6
Session 2: 3:30pm – 5:30pm, Grades 7–8 *SOLD OUT*
Location: VHS Gym
Cost: $60 for a two‑hour clinic.
Payment must be made to secure your spot. For your convenience, we accept Venmo or Zelle. Please note your child’s name in the payment memo.

Following tryouts and roster announcements on June 27, all 2025 Lady Vikings volleyball players and their parents are required to attend a mandatory informational meeting at 7:00pm.
This important event will provide an opportunity to hear directly from the coaching staff about the upcoming season, expectations, and team goals.
Attendees will also learn about our booster club, discover ways to get involved through volunteer opportunities, and complete uniform fittings.
